Waterstar has manufactured swimming pool equipment in Badr City, Cairo, since 1993 and today exports to 14 countries through authorised distributors. The range covers the whole plant room and pool shell from one factory — circulation pumps, filament-wound sand filters and filtration units, 12 V underwater LED lighting with transformers and junction boxes, skimmers, main drains and inlets, ABS fittings and check valves, overflow gratings, ladders, spa fittings and cleaning equipment — so a distributor fills a container from one supplier and buys spare parts from the same production line for years afterwards.
We sell through distributors only. We do not sell direct to pool owners abroad and we do not install, build or contract pools outside Egypt. Each market page below sets out what applies in that country: the customs treatment under the Greater Arab Free Trade Area, the VAT position, the port, the grid frequency the equipment is specified for, and what the local market buys.

Enquiry and specification
Send the project types you serve and the categories you want to carry. Our engineers size pumps and filters from pool volume and turnover, confirm voltages and frequencies for your grid, and return a costed proposal with the datasheet of every line.
Proforma and container plan
Proforma invoices are issued in US dollars, ex-works Badr City or FOB Egyptian port. The container plan is built from the catalogue's packed volumes — 20' or 40' full container, or LCL groupage for a first order — so the box you pay for is the box you fill.
Documents
Every shipment carries the commercial invoice, packing list, Arab certificate of origin for the GAFTA duty exemption where it applies, the technical file and datasheets your customs broker or conformity agent asks for. Any registration the importing country requires sits with the importer of record; we supply the manufacturer's data it is built from.
After the shipment
Spare parts — seals, impellers, baskets, lids, multiport valves, drivers — ship from the same line as the units they belong to. Warranty terms per product family are published on the warranties page and apply to distributor sales through the distributor.

Other export countries
Morocco, Tunisia and Algeria (French-speaking Maghreb), Kenya and Nigeria, and the EU markets of Greece, Malta and Romania are served today from the same export desk.
