Commercial Sand Filter — Side Mount

Commercial high-rate sand filter, 1050 mm diameter, the smallest of the side-mount range. Filament-wound polyester and fibreglass body and base forming a watertight, anti-corrosive barrier with a chemically resistant outer shell. Maximum working pressure 3 bar (300 kPa), maximum water temperature 50 C, EPDM seals and gasket, built-in air relief valve, 3/4 inch drain, and flanged inlet and outlet connections. Top manhole 300 x 400 mm. Overall 1320 mm long x 1450 mm high. Takes a graded gravel underbed beneath the silica sand.
