Pool Brushes Built for Walls and Waterlines
Curved pool wall brushes made in Egypt: the Streamline PP brush on an ABS body and the wide Curved Master, both clipping onto a 29 mm telescopic handle.
Brushing Is the Step Chemicals Cannot Replace
Algae never begins as a green pool; it begins as an invisible biofilm gripping the plaster, tile grout or liner texture, where sanitizer struggles to penetrate. A weekly brushing breaks that film mechanically and throws it into the water column, where chlorine and the filter finish the job. Walls, steps, corners and the waterline need this attention most, because circulation is weakest there. This is why professional maintenance schedules always pair brushing with vacuuming rather than choosing one. Waterstar manufactures its pool brushes at the ISO 9001 factory in Badr City with bristle stiffness chosen for regular use on tiled, plastered and liner surfaces, and exports them alongside its embedded fittings across the MENA region.
Streamline Curved Brush and Curved Master
Two models cover most brushing work. The Streamline Curved Brush, reference CB-1-18, carries curved PP bristle rows on a body reinforced with ABS for extra strength; the curve keeps the bristle tips in contact when the operator works a vertical wall from the deck, and the head fixes to the handle with an easy clip that swaps in seconds. The Curved Master, reference CM-15, applies the same curved geometry across a wide wall brush, covering more surface per stroke on long walls and large commercial tanks. Both brushes mount on the standard 29 mm telescopic handle shared with Waterstar vacuum heads and leaf skimmers, so one pole drives the entire cleaning kit.
A Brushing Routine That Shows Results
Effective technique works from the waterline downward with overlapping vertical strokes, pushing loosened deposits toward the deep end where the vacuum head or main drain collects them; brushing shortly before vacuuming, not after, gives the cleanest floor. New plaster pools deserve daily brushing during the curing weeks, while liner pools need moderate pressure to protect the membrane. After use, a rinse in fresh water keeps chlorinated droplets from stiffening the bristles. Waterstar supplies brushes, handles, leaf skimmers and vacuum equipment as one coordinated kit; send the pool dimensions and finish type to the factory and the engineers will recommend the right brush models and a complete maintenance tool set.
