Sand Filter 20 inch (Top Mount)

Filament-wound top-mount sand filter, 20 inch (Ø500 mm). Rated flow 10 m³/h, filtration area 0.2 m², supplied with a 6-way 1.5 inch multiport valve (filter, backwash, rinse, recirculate, waste, closed). The fibreglass-wound tank is corrosion-free and unaffected by chlorine and sun, so it suits outdoor plant rooms. Fill with Waterstar 0.4–0.8 mm silica sand and pair with a pump whose flow does not exceed the rated figure; backwash when the gauge reads 0.5–0.7 bar above the clean-filter pressure. Sized for a pool of roughly 60–80 m³ on a 6–8 hour turnover.
