Test Kit

Professional test kit for free chlorine and pH, the two readings that decide whether pool water is safe and comfortable. Includes the OTO reagent for chlorine, phenol red for pH, the comparator block and colour scale. Take the sample at elbow depth away from the inlets, add the reagent, and read against the scale in daylight: aim for 1–3 mg/l free chlorine and pH 7.2–7.6. Test daily in season on hotel and club pools and at least twice a week on villa pools; log the readings so drift in demand is caught early.
