Front line stabilizer for competition lane lines — the end fitting that sits between the lane rope and the anchor-cup hook, keeping the line taut and level so the discs stay in position and wave-quelling performance is maintained across the lane. Frequently asked questions
What are the lane ropes and fittings made of?
AISI 304 stainless steel, manufactured to competition swimming pool regulations. The set comprises the lane rope, anchor cups (ACC-1 and ACL-1), the wire lock (SH-1) and tensioning spring (SS-1), and the float lane roller (LR-1) for storing ropes off the water.
How are the anchor cups fixed?
They are cast into the pool wall at each lane position during construction, flush with the finish, so the rope hooks in at water level. Set them out from the lane drawing before the shell is poured — they cannot be moved afterwards.
Does the starting block meet competition rules?
The SB-1-40 starting block is built in AISI 304 stainless steel to competition swimming pool regulations, with an anti-slip platform. Confirm the platform height and pool depth at the start end against the rules of the federation your pool will host.
